I am a multifaceted individual whose journey has been marked by a profound love for performance, music, and empowering others. As I have grown personally and professionally, my passion for connection and community has led me to discover my true calling: inspiring others to realize their full potential. 

 

It wasn't until I embraced the concept of "empathetic and conversational sales" in 2009 that my career truly skyrocketed. This approach propelled me to lead and train sales teams, achieving remarkable results in revenue growth and industry recognition. 

 

Driven by my desire to understand the essence of sales and to align my work with my purpose, I ventured into entrepreneurship in 2016, founding my own entertainment business. Within a year, I had achieved remarkable growth, establishing numerous partnerships and contracts for production directing in schools and other private sector events.

 

Today, as a Personality, Event Host and Keynote Speaker, I continue to pursue my passion for empowering others and creating unforgettable experiences. Through  industry education, and the establishment of deep cultural standards, I am dedicated to helping individuals and businesses reach their full potential.

Within my purpose of inspiring others to realize their full potential, I am reminded of those closest to me and the impact they hold of me fulfilling my true calling. My wife of 24 years and my three children serve as daily motivation, inspiration and a reminder of why I do what I do. As a family, we desire to authentically connect with ourselves, each other, and our community.
